Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Quantory (the “Service”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
01The Service
Quantory is a quantitative research and portfolio analysis platform that lets you validate tickers, retrieve market data, develop and test quantitative strategies, run allocation models, and save research and portfolio results. The Service is provided through a hosted deployment.
02Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.
03Accounts and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity on your account. Provide accurate information and notify us promptly of unauthorized access.
04Acceptable Use
- Do not use the Service in violation of any law or regulation.
- Do not attempt to access or interfere with other users’ data or systems.
- Do not reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Service or its data sources.
- Do not upload malicious code, attempt to bypass security, or abuse rate limits.
Third-party dependency
05Market Data and Third-Party Services
The Service may retrieve market data from third-party sources such as Yahoo Finance. We do not control or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of third-party data. Your use of third-party data is subject to the terms of those providers.
Important disclosure
06No Investment Advice
Quantory is provided for informational and analytical purposes only. We do not provide investment, legal, or tax advice, and nothing on the Service constitutes a recommendation to buy or sell securities. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions and outcomes.
07User Content and Ownership
You retain ownership of the data you input into the Service, including research, strategy, decision, and portfolio inputs and saved results. You grant Quantory a limited license to host, process, and display your data solely to operate the Service.
08Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Quantory and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works except as permitted by law.
09Service Availability and Changes
We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time. Availability may be affected by maintenance, updates, or technical issues.
10Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required to protect the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.
Liability
11Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quantory is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to use the Service in the twelve months before the claim, if any.
12Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Quantory is established, without regard to conflict of law rules.

This Privacy Policy explains how Quantory collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Service.
